3rd generation family vacation

We just left our amazing Marco Island vacation yesterday and, ohhhh, what a wonderful week we had! Our criteria in selecting a house was that it had a private pool, a dock for our pontoon boat, and enough beds for our family of 9! This house exceeded our expectations in most every way! Our three granddaughters – ages 9, 8, and 5 loved the pool and the many pool toys/floats/noodles provided in the toy box. The abundance of outside furniture was appreciated!! Our two daughters and their significant others enjoyed the house – huge enough that they had privacy! The kitchen – enormous with such modern appliances and tableware galore! The drawer full of spices and oils was so helpful. The modern dining room table was big enough for us all! Inside the garage were bikes, beach chairs and tents/umbrellas. A previous review stated the use of the extra refrigerator in the garage. However, that must not have been for guest use since we found it with straps (with locks) around it. The master bedroom had a huge closet and an enormous shower! All bath towels as well as beach towels were provided. This house has many modern features such as an entire sound system. Unfortunately, we could not figure it out! It would be helpful to have instructions on how to operate the system. Parking for more than one vehicle was a challenge. Kelli at Clausen was super helpful and attempted to promptly resolve any issue, any day, any time. The only reason that this property receives an overall rating of 4, instead of 5, is due to a few issues related to the HVAC/roof/window. The HVAC technicians came right away to fix the dripping. The roof leaked in the living room during a rain storm and water came into the living room through the window at the left. Someone came right away to investigate the roof leak. All-in-all, it was a terrific week in a lovely home.
