Comfortable, clean and convenient island getaway

Clausen Properties is first in class. Their website, selection, communication, organization, quality, and standards are superb. Highly recommend. We rented a home on Marco from Clausen in 2021 and now this home on 2nd Ave in 2024. This house was true to the pictures, beautiful, clean, roomy. The outdoor patio/pool area is wonderful and secluded. We had 5 adults, a 3-year-old, and 1-year old. Plenty of space. The master suite was amazing, quality mattress, large walk-in closet, and large walk-in shower. We all slept peacefully, enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining area, and our time on Marco Island. Short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the park. Clausen seriously makes the process easy.
