We were moved to this home after our original home was cancelled on us but what a result! From the moment you arrive on the quiet cul-de-sac you feel at home. It’s such a quiet area and 1248 Balboa Ct stands proud at the end of the street. All the rooms are very well furnished with personal touches all around. The kitchen well equipped, massively well equipped!! TV’s all work, are big and have no issues. There is music out to the pool which we used all day everyday. Beds very comfortable, lots of sheets and towels. Labels on most of the light/fan switches which makes a great change so you know what switch does what. They allow you to park in the garage using the remote door opener. Lots of pool and beach items in the garage along with bikes. Pool area superb. Spa superb, boat dock tucked away down the side of the house so not blocking the great view and sunsets. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Kelli at Clausen was really good and took care of all our questions. Negatives i’m struggling for but let’s go with……Dolphin fountains in the pool weren’t working……that’s it, all i can find!
