Wonderful Property and Wonderful Condo Owner

We ran into an issue where the prior property manager appeared to go out of business 1 or 2 days prior to our check in. We went to pick up condo keys and no keys. Had a stressful 2 days until Claussen Properties worked with condo owner and took over the management of this condo. Claussen contacted me and the condo owner and Claussen saved the day. We were able to get into this wonderful condo and start to enjoy our vacation. This beautiful condo has all of the luxuries of home with stunning views of the Gulf and pool. It is well stocked with everything you need, even has swim diapers for infants. We stayed at this same condo in 2022 and will be coming back. Kudos to Claussen and the condo owner; I can only say good things about them both! Thank you.
