They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower which is also accessible from the lanai. The extraordinary lanai with modern furniture, an outdoor sink, and gas grill is perfect for entertaining. The pool area also enjoys optimal southwestern exposure for plenty of afternoon sun. Last but not least, boating enthusiasts have access to the dock, lift is not operational.
