As you step into the house you are greeted with lovely views from the wide sliding doors to the pool, the large screened lanai with custom-made large panoramic-view screen, the back yard, dock and canal.
The spacious high-ceiling, open floor plan with the grand room, brings in plenty of natural sunlight making the living/dining room a light and bright space finely decorated coastal contemporary-style. Original photographical artworks combined with natural elements and pastel color palette, bring the beach into the house.
Splendid open kitchen features a quartzite natural stone counter tops, fully equipped stainless-steel appliances, and roomy cabinets. Entertaining is made easier with the large counter, modern bar stools and the different lighting settings of warm under counter and ceiling fan lights or the dimmable-bright ceiling lighting, make for an enjoyable evening ambiance. In the morning enjoy a cup of coffee at the quaint table in the breakfast nook. The living room features an L shaped leather couch with plenty of room to enjoy the 55"smart HD-TV.
Three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with 43" smart HD-TVs with high-speed internet access and brand-new comfortable memory-foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, spacious walk in closet and ensuite master bathroom with two suspended sinks, under counter lighting, luxurious walk-in shower with a rain style shower head giving you a relaxing waterfall experience, an additional hand-held shower as well as regular shower head. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the third guest bedroom has a set of twins on one side and a full on the other side. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with angled showerhead and a hand-held device, single vanity with under-counter lighting, and direct access to the pool deck. The back yard has ample and private space to enjoy outdoor activities or laying out in the sun enjoying occasional visits of dolphins and pelicans.

We watched dolphins from the pool!!!

I absolutely loved my stay in this house!!! The mattresses are beyond comfortable and the decor is so pretty! While we we were splashing around in the pool we happened to look out to the canal and saw THREE dolphins swimming around and enjoying their time swimming between the docks of the neighborhood. The house was *extremely* clean and brand new! It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning with my family.
