Marco Island is a barrier island off the coast of southwest Florida adjoining the Gulf of Mexico. The island is connected to the mainland by a couple of bridges leading to Naples, Florida. Marco Island is home to several pristine beaches, marinas, golf courses, resort hotels, and vacation rental homes. There is a vast network of inland waterways and multiple canals on the island.
Our vacation rentals are categorized in several ways: by homes, by condos, by number of bedrooms, and by length of stay. All our vacation rental homes have a private pool and several are also pet-friendly. The majority of our condos are beachfront properties. The vast majority of our rentals have a 1-week minimum.
Here’s a quick overview of our vacation rental units by number of bedrooms:
- We currently have eight 1-bedroom rentals with a variety of views, ranging in starting price from $33/night to $100/night. These rentals sleep 2 to 6 people.
- We have nearly 4 dozen 2-bedroom rental units with a variety of views, pricing, and length of stay options. They sleep 4 to 6.
- We have about 60 3-bedroom vacation rentals ranging in price from $75/night to $364/night. These Marco Island homes and condos sleep 6 to 8 people; 1 unit sleeps 10.
- We have about 20 or so vacation rentals with 4+ bedrooms. These are all private pool homes with a 7-night minimum, except for one condo which is a monthly rental. They range in price from $143/night to $929/night and sleep from 8 people up to 22 people.
