We spent 6 weeks at this property February and March of 2025. The pictures on the website describe the property accurately. The property was very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and exactly what we needed for the time we were there. We especially appreciated the convenience of the laundry room and the very clean garage. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Linens and beach towels were in abundance, and there were TVs in every room. The negatives for us were that there are only two bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms and the bunkbeds in the one bedroom are definitely child-sized. Any problems we had were handled very quickly through Claussen Realty, e.g. the pool needed a new heater, and one was installed the next day. The television was a little funky, but that was an Xfinity issue, and we didn’t bother to resolve it. The neighborhood is safe and very convenient to grocery, pharmacy, and hardware. We would recommend the property and would rent it again.
