Great condo

We have stayed at the Essex 3x, twice in this unit. Its very convenient to the beach. The elevator makes moving in and out very easy. We like that the parking is covered and assigned. The outdoor closet has a cart to get to and from the beach easy, as well as beach chairs and other items. The condo itself is comfortable. It has just about everything you could need. The couches were getting a bit worn and might need replacing soon. We would have stayed again this year but it was booked.
