Wow, great home, expansive water views

New home, open floor plan, well appointed throughout. Enjoyed being at end of quiet cu-de-sac yet short walk to the beach. They had just completed a new boat and sunbathing dock that was a perfect place to get out for that early day sun. Late afternoon sunsets were stunning. The long lanai gave us a variety of places to sit, read, snooze. We spend many days overlooking their 140′ waterway looking into the intersecting channel for passing marine life and birds. Have already reserved dates for next year!
