Spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront home with south western exposure close to beaches and shops. The décor is light and elegant, featuring a tropical theme and a warm, sandy color palette. The formal living room is spacious and airy with a wide sliding glass door that provides views of the pool and the dock and canal beyond. The formal dining room seats six and is a perfect location to dine with guests or family. There is also a small breakfast nook in the kitchen for every day dining. The kitchen is very large, spacious, and well equipped. It features all new stainless steel major applicances; side by side refrigerator/freezer with a water filter and ice maker, a glass top stove, microwave, and dishwasher. For those that must attend to business while away, there is also a small office nook attached to the kitchen. The over-sized lanai includes a heated pool, ample chairs for lounging, and a stand-alone half bathroom.
