For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex and restaurants within walking distance.

Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here, one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. Clean and relaxing

"Clausen found us a gem. They were very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and know the area better than anyone. This condo unit had entry from inside like a hotel. I noticed some people had to enter some units from outside. When we arrived inside the condo, it was decorated nicely, updated, and had all of the supplies we needed. It was very clean. We enjoyed the local area for dinner and waterfront dining. There is so much good food and entertainment on the island. More than I expected. Do yourself a favor and book a week in paradise. You won’t regret it!

Beautiful and clean with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation

"This was our first time visiting Marco Island and it was truly paradise. We woke every morning in bed overlooking ocean views. The pictures don’t do it justice. The property is in a gated community and was extremely well taken care of and updated. There is a large pool that was heated with lots of seating. We played Pickleball everyday, walked the beach in the morning to collect shells and at sunset we sat by the water and enjoyed the beach chairs that the condo provided. The condo was well appointed, clean and updated. The kitchen supplies were new and they had everything on hand that we needed. We also enjoyed walking across the street to many restaurants, one being Doreen’s Cup of Joe. Highly recommend for breakfast. Our kids loved fishing, ping pong, and shuffleboard by the boat slips. They even had a pack and play, beach toys/umbrellas, and wagon to carry everything to the beach. I noticed staying in tower 3 was a closer walk to the beach compared to tower 4. We will definitely be back!
